VIVAnews – PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) will make a public offering on bond and ijarah sukuk (sharia bond), starting from Dec. 2 until Dec. 4, 2009.
The Indosat’s VII-2009 bonds valuing Rp 1.3 trillion and Indosat’s ijarah sukuk IV-2009 valuing Rp 200 billion will be listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Dec. 9.
In the additional information of the corporate sort prospectus publicized in Jakarta on Tuesday, Dec. 1, it was said that the Indosat’s VII-2009 bonds include two series.
The A series values Rp 700 billion with a five-year tenure and 11.25 percent coupon per year. The B series values Rp 600 billion with a seven-year tenure with 11.75 percent coupon per year.
The bond coupon will be paid every three months after the emission date. The first bond coupon will be paid on March 8, 2010, and the last payment will be on Dec. 8, 2014 for the A series, and Dec. 8 for the B series.
The underwriters for the bond and ijarah sukuk emissions will be PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas.
